the best to you and your animals along with a personal and efficient service.

How to order
1. Online shopping
You can safely use your credit card/Switch card to buy online on www.mirotec.co.uk
via our secure server.
How do I find the products I am looking for?
You can browse for products in a number of ways:
· By clicking 'ORDER’ where you can view products either by category,
for example Human or Horse, or within new products.
· By using the search box on the left of the online shopping screen.
How do I shop online?
· Find the product you're looking for.
· Once you've found the product you're looking for, select it to enter
the specific product page.
· On the product page check the size required (if applicable). Then click
‘Add to cart’.
· On the cart page indicate the particular quantity of the product you
require.
· After you have finished your selections, click on 'Checkout’
where you will be asked for the details that we need to complete your order,
or you can simply ‘Continue shopping’.
· You are able to remove any items in your shopping basket, just click
on the 'Remove’ tick box for this facility.
· The next screen you see will be the ‘Log in’ page, where
you can select either ‘Registration’ for new customers or ‘Log
in’ for returning customers.
· Once you have selected your option and entered / checked your account
details, press ‘Continue’ for confirmation of your account.
· Continue to the delivery information page. After completing your delivery
details here proceed to payment information.
· Once this step is complete you can continue to order confirmation.
· Finally, press the ‘Confirm order’ button
· If your order has been successfully processed you will be notified
immediately and your purchases will be dispatched to you within 4-5 days.
2. Payment by cheque or cash
If you would prefer you can fill in our Order
Form, print off and post with a cheque or your card details to
Mirotec UK.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Solo.
Please make all cheques payable to “Mirotec UK”.
Please note that your cheque will take up to 5 working days to clear before
dispatch of your order.
N.B. A cash payment can only accompany an order form at a formal show or exhibition.
Only in these situations will we be able to handle your cash payment and issue
a receipt.
Shipping and handling
Orders up to £49.99 have a £4.95 delivery charge*.
Orders between £50 and £140 have a £11.95 delivery charge*.
Orders over £140 are delivered free of charge*.
* All items are delivered by carrier and will require a signature upon delivery.
All postal/carriage charges quoted cover shipment to customers on the
UK Mainland and Northern Ireland. Deliveries to the Scottish Islands and the
Republic of Ireland will incur higher carriage charges but we will contact you
by email before processing your order.
Delivery schedule
As most products are ex-stock we will normally send your order out to you within
three working days. Out of stock items will take a few days longer. All orders
will be sent by overnight carrier and will require a signature upon delivery.
Please allow up to 14 days for the delivery of your order.
N.B. Goods will only be dispatched once paid for in full. Orders placed by cheque
will take up to 5 working days to clear before dispatch of your order.
Back orders
If an item is out of stock but is likely to be available shortly, we will back
order for you and post it to you as soon as it is available. If the item is
out of stock and further supplies are not readily available to us, we will cancel
it from your order and then let you know by email.
Tax charges
All prices quoted are VAT inclusive at 17.5%. Please contact us if you need
or require a VAT invoice for products purchased at Mirotec UK.
Credit card security
If you chose to make an online payment by credit card, your card details will
be required when you have confirm your order at the checkout. Your credit card
will charged only when your order has been dispatched.
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our secure shopping
system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software
when the order is placed, using 128-bit encryption. This encryption is unbreakable
and means that your credit card information cannot be read by anyone other than
by yourselves and Mirotec UK. Credit Card details are only decrypted AFTER they
reach our computer. They are NOT held in clear text on any website.
If you still have any concerns about ordering online, we also offer you the option of printing off and posting our Order
Form along with a cheque or credit card details. Please see our ordering
section for full details.

other than as stated in 'c' below. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but
only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected
an item. Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfill customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third parties for goods delivery purposes.

Returns policy
Mirotec UK product returns policy.
All products supplied by Mirotec UK have been carefully selected and are manufactured
to a high standard. In the unlikely event of receiving faulty goods, you have
the option of changing the product or obtaining a refund.
You may cancel any order before your goods are dispatched to you.
Colour shades of products may slightly vary.
All notices of order cancellation, return of goods or complaints must be made
in the first instance via e-mail to: info@mirotec.co.uk.
Please advise us of the reason for the return or complaint.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item:
§ Please contact us by email with the details of your order and the item
you wish to return.
§ Please be sure to quote your order number on all correspondence.
§ We will arrange to collect the item(s) and will send you collection details.
§ Please re-pack the item into the original packaging.
If you receive an item that you're not completely satisfied with, we
will offer a full refund within the first 30 days of receipt of your order:
§ Please contact us by email with the details of your order and the item(s)
you wish to return.
§ Please be sure to quote your order number on all correspondence.
§ Please note that you, the customer, will be responsible for the costs
of returning the goods to Mirotec UK, unless we delivered the item to you in
error, or if the item is faulty.
§ Mirotec UK will make a full product(s) refund (excluding the cost of
shipping the item to you) providing that the goods are returned in a clean,
re-saleable condition, in the original packaging, within 10 working days of
receiving your complaint.

§ Please only return goods using a Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery
service.
