Precautions
The porous construction of Mirotec allows the escape of water vapour but if excessive sweating is taking place Mirotec should only be applied for short periods.

Do not apply to injuries involving bruising for 36 hours. If in doubt, seek medical advice. It is recommended not to use any other heating agents with Mirotec wraps.
